Returns

  • The fabric must not be cut, stitched, washed, damaged, or altered.

  • Original packaging should be kept where possible.

  • Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the agreed payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.

Color & Fabric Issues

If the product color fades, becomes damaged, or you believe there is a genuine fabric quality issue, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

A return may not be accepted if:

  • The fabric has been cut or stitched.

  • The product has been washed or used.

  • The item has been damaged after delivery.

  • The return request is made without sufficient proof of the issue.

  • The product is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
